Sec 1s, I'm rather disappointed in you. I didn't have chance to talk to you people so i hope that i can convey my message here.

You have not been respectful to your seniors. Please respect ALL your seniors including the Sec 2s. Add a ma'am behind their name WHENEVER you see them. Please have basic respect. Joking is allowed at times but please know your limits.

And on Sec 4 Farewell Party that day, I saw one of you hitting onto the Sec 3s present causing the drink to spill. I know you didn't mean to do that but please, at least, say I'M SORRY MA'AM. Please put yourself in their shoes. How would you feel if your juniors knock onto your present and didnt even say SORRY.

Your attitude. Please look for your seniors or officers if you are told to do so. Don't wait for your seniors or officers to come and look for you. You are only Sec 1, there's alot for you to learn. Please start off by having basic sense of responsibility. When you are assigned a task, please complete it.

Your attendance. I want more people to come down for NP. I don't want stupid excuse. If you didn't come for NP, provide MC or parent's letter. Don't wait for your NCOs to bug you for it. If you are not going for NP, please inform your squadmates. I don't want to see the same few people coming down for NP. I want you to come up with a relay system, take initiative to make one. Call one another on the day before every NP session. Remind one another. Then through that, you'll know who's not going and what's their reason.

Your respect for seniors. I have emphasized on this topic for many times. WHEN YOUR SENIOR IS SPEAKING, YOU LISTEN, and not talk among yourselves. Please put yourselves in your seniors shoes. How would it feel like if next time, your seniors keep on chatting non stop when you are trying to tell them something very important. I don't want to keep reminding you this OVER and OVER again.

Don't tell me that your squadmates don't know or what so ever. You as squadmates, when you see a notice on the board, remind them. Everytime you see them, tell them what you saw on the board. And when your squadmates are doing something they shouldn't be doing in front of your senior, e.g. chatting, nudge them, let them know that they shouldn't be doing such things

As for the photos, aren't you suppose to order and hand in the money to your Claire Ma'am on monday. Only 3 people did so. I assume that the rest don't want to buy the photos.

As for your curriculum time, i do not wish to see the same few people getting punish by teachers again and again. When the teachers are talking, please listen to them. I do not wish to see the ones standing during assembly or silent reading to be from NP. Once or twice, it's ok. I see the ones being asked to stand up in the middle of the briefing are always the same few. Everytime a teacher scold, i always have to fear for you and hoping that it wouldnt be anyone from NP. However, everytime I do so, i would be once again disappointed. It would always be someone i know, someone from your squad. And I do not wish to see you hiding in the toilet trying to miss lessons.

I don't care how many of you are from Express, NA or NT. All of you are equal in my eyes. I don't want you to be against one another, being prejudice against one another. I don't want you to form cliques or bully anyone. Help one another.

I don't care which class you're from, I want you to have basic respect, responsibility and take initaitive. Before i took your squad, i thought that you were a bunch of enthusiatic people who knows how to take initiative. Please prove me right.




P.S. I'm not pin pointing at anyone but just stating my views about the entire squad.
Remind your squadmates to do what they have to do. Pay their money ASAP and not me looking for them


Please check the board DAILY and remind one another about various activities and not me coming to you and emphasizing on the same point AGAIN AND AGAIN.

I want an overall I/C for your squad who will help in collecting forms or money from the squad.

Its quite true actually.We dont know our limits.

And,Our relay system.
It was created 2 or 3 times yet non of it work.
How sad.
If only we can try it out.

But i guess no one have the relay system list anymore.
